Sedona 2021: Boynton Canyon

Image
Boynton Canyon is a hot spot for UFO sightings. This place would check off two things on our todo lists. Neither of us have been in this canyon and we wanted to UFO watch in Sedona. Inside this canyon sits the Enchantment Resort. We were not able to check it out because is was closed to visitors. We drove around and admired the breathtaking views to find a place to park. We even thought we got a glimpse of a gray wolf. That thing was huge!! If you never drove through this canyon, you really should. We were blown away by the beautiful red rocks that were all around us. We did manage to find a place to park and took pictures of the sunset behind the red mountains. We didn't stay to UFO watch, the sky was just too cloudy. We chalked it up to a place that we will definitely come back to.

UFO's or Not?

Image
Sharon and I decided to visit the abandoned trailer park and stick around until dark because there had been lots of UFO sightings in that area. The park is near Mobile, AZ and the Estrella Mountains. After taking lots of pictures of the trailer park as it looks today, we sat in the car and waited to see if there would be any action in the skies of Arizona. We picked that area because Sharon saw bright orbs moving around near the mountains a few years back. She had always wanted to return back to that area to see if we could see the orbs again. She could not explain what she was seeing and I wanted to experience them as well. Also, the Phoenix lights were seen in that area too. We didn't see any lights in the area she saw the bright red orbs, but we did get some odd light formations over another set of mountains. We knew there was not an airport or a base near the location of the lights. Some were hovering and others were moving around them. I did a video of them in night visi...

Stardust Ranch: Real or Fake

Image
The owners claim that they have been harassed by aliens for years and want to sell their ranch. Tucked near the Estrella Mountains sits their 9 plus acres of land in Buckeye, AZ. They have tried to unload it for years and dismissed many realtors because they couldn't sell it. Overpriced? Is the alien stories real? Here is an article a friend posted on Facebook about the owners and ranch. Read for yourself and judge if it is phony-bologny or real. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5004715/Ranch-owners-list-home-saying-tortured-aliens.html

Mysterious Bradshaw Ranch

Image
I have always been fascinated by the mysteries that surround the Bradshaw Ranch near Sedona. I have seen several articles on the place, and watched videos or documentaries about it. I would do a write up about it, but instead, I will pass along an article that was sent to me:  http://www.openminds.tv/mystery-in-the-southwest-a-look-inside-the-infamous-bradshaw-ranch/40953 Casey McEdward Published on Aug 13, 2016

The Phoenix Incident

Image
This looks interesting. "From Director Keith Arem (Talent Director of Call of Duty, Titanfall), THE PHOENIX INCIDENT is an investigation into the March 13th, 1997 disappearance of four Arizona men exposing a military cover-up of the largest UFO sighting in North America."

Timeworn Arizona UFO Stories

Image
Picture is from:  http://www.educatinghumanity.com/2013/05/all-time-ufo-hotspots-from-around-the-world.html Arizona has had millions of UFO sightings all over the state for decades.  While researching some of the areas where most of the reports were witnessed, I came across these old stories from the 1940’s to the 1960’s.  I found them interesting and decided to share them with you. On July 7, 1947, a Phoenix man , simply called Rhodes, was walking in his yard and heading to his garage when all of a sudden he heard the roar of a jet.  It sounded like it was traveling towards him, but when the 30 year old gazed to the sky a few seconds later; he noticed a gray disc hovering over the horizon in the northeast section of the city.  He described it as being “elliptical in shape, 20 to 30 feet in diameter, and appeared about 5,000 feet in the air.  The disc seemed to have a cockpit and a tail.”  He noticed thingamajig had swirled towards Earth to a...

The cook is proud of his homemade horseradish sauce which adds the right flavor to any sandwich. I shared pastrami on wheat with the horseradish sauce with my friend and it was the best I had ever eaten. I would recommend that if you find yourself in Mayer taking photos of the cemetery, be sure to stop at the Big Bug Station and give one of their sandwiches a try. Looking for ET

Image
Last night Sharon and I, along with some friends, scratched another thing off our bucket list, to go UFO watching in the desert.  We met up with our friends near the Superstition Mountains and brought out the chairs. We looked to the skies and the mountainous horizon, but we saw nothing.  This area has had many UFO sightings, but last night we didn't see any strange visitors in the sky.  We did see many stars in the sky along with some planets, shooting stars and of course airplanes.  Next to where we were sitting a van was a rockin' so we did not go a knockin'.  It was cold and we had fun conversations, but ET decided to stay home that night.  Oh well, maybe we will have better luck next time. A snack for our ET friends. Relaxing in our chairs. Sharon looking to the skies. I know the picture is dark, but Venus and Jupiter can be seen over the mountains.

Arizona UFO Sightings: Estrella Mountains

Image
I wrote this two years ago and decided to re-post it.  I am going with Sharon and a group of people to sit in the Arizona desert as a part of a UFO watch.  I am very excited because the area we a going to has many reports of strange objects in the sky.  No matter what happens, whether we see something or not, I will do a complete post on my experience. Arizona may have Bigfoot’s prints imbedded in the soil around the state, but UFO sightings have been just as prevalent.  Many of you remember the Phoenix Lights and the abduction of Travis Walton in the White Mountains.  Another place that seems to get its fair share of sightings is over the Estrella Mountains.  These sightings are not as famous as the Phoenix Lights, but have been seen by many over a course of several years. During one sighting, the lights were reported as three distinctive twinkling lights and appeared to be hovering over the Estrella Mountains.  They were ...
