Miami AZ's Red Light District

1920's
In the early 1900's of Miami, AZ, there was an area known as the Red Light District.  This street had hotels and brothels on each side of the road.  The ladies would take care of the miners after a long days work.  It was a hot area to go for business men and others for several decades until it was permanently shut down.  Today, the street has a few abandoned structures and homes where current residents reside.

  1. That nice man on the roadway was sure helpful explaining some history. I love when locals open up.
