The Shady Dell


In 1927, the Shady Dell trailer park opened its grounds for travelers to camp and park their trailers.  It is located on Highway 80 and just south of downtown Bisbee.  Today on the grounds sits nine "restored vintage aluminum travel trailers" you can rent for a night or two.  Along with the trailers is Dots Diner, also, the owners will treat you to drive-in movies, and send you to many of the must-see places in Bisbee.  For you ghost loving people, they may take you on a ghost hunt to get those paranormal juices flowing.  The park sits next to the Evergreen Cemetery, a spooky place to wander around at dusk.  I have yet to stay there, but it is on my bucket list of unusual places to stay.
