Along the Way

After seeing the slaughterhouse and barn, we followed our new friends down a dirt road where odd looking trees and old tin cover sat near an abandoned shed.  The weather was hot but a storm was rolling in.  The trees would scratch the metal roof lending this place its eerie sounds.  Near some trees along a fence sat an old queen-size mattress.  Who knows how many souls slept on that mattress as they passed through town.

  2. Ha ha, those clouds were taken accidentially and turned out to be a good picture. You just never know, little sis.

  3. You captured that trip sooooo beautifully! That's exactly how it looked and felt. Barren, dry, but mysterious.

  4. I know, it did feel that way. We need to see it at night since our friends said it was haunted.

  5. Great pictures, but I have to ask: How many times do you think that mattress has been used for a little urbex fun??
